BA Continuum is a nonbank subsidiary of Bank of America, part of Global Business Services in the bank.Process Overview Compliance team is part of Enterprise Risk and Finance Application Production Support (ERF APS) providing end-to-end technology solutions for applications supporting the Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operation Risk and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT).The team is engaged in over 120 applications for Production Support & related activities. GBAMTs type of work and services include architecture, design, development, change management, implementation and support using a wide range of technologies. The APS India team provides extensive support of these applications by adapting the ITIL processes.Job Description The individual will be responsible to play the role of Technology Manager for the applications in Compliance Global Financial Crimes Technology. This would an individual contributor role.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Manager for large critical Line of BusinessManage 50 highly critical Financial Crimes applicationsManagement oversight for 15 associatesSingle point Leadership during India hours and representing Global leadership meetingsExcellent knowledge in core ITIL concepts, specifically Incident management, should be able to lead triage from frontHands-on Subject Matter Expertise for multiple high Tier / UCAL applicationsRole model for the team. Inspire and mentor team.Attention to details. Track the root cause of all problem tickets raised in the space and validate the permanent resolutions.Mentor / guide team members on issues/queries and other deliverablesPerform data compliance and quality review of all the incidents & problemsDrive key strategic Initiatives over and above BAUProvide regular communication & generate reports to all key stake holdersRevisit the existing process & need to provide inputs for improving the sameIdentify risk and drive remediations ensure any day audit ready situation for the teamGreat team player with positive intent and attitude towards workTimely adherence to all deliverablesRequirements:Education: Bachelor or Masters degree from a reputed universityCertifications If Any: ITILExperience Range: 14 to 20 yearsFoundational skills: Unix/Linux, Hadoop, SQL, Informatica, AutoSys and Production Support Project ManagementDesired skills: ITRS or Batch monitoring toolsMust Have: 8-10 Years of hands-on experience managing Application Production SupportSound knowledge in Application Production Support Incident/Problem/Change Management.Good Banking domain experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes
