About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Learning and Development to lead our L&D team in delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth for a renowned manufacturing giant. You'll shape our L&D strategy, lead a team of associates, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organizational objectives. This role reports to the Head - L&D and is an onsite opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with business goals, conduct needs assessments, and prioritize initiatives.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, deliver customized L&D solutions, and manage client expectations.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a collaborative culture.
4. Solution Design and Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver ROI based impactful L&D programs, including training programs, e-learning courses, and coaching initiatives.
5. Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and stay updated on L&D trends and best practices.
Requirements:
1. MBA in HR or related field
2. PG certification in Training & Development (preferred)
3. Experience in:
- Training Delivery
- Leadership Development Programs
- L&D tools & methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Backward Design, Kirkpatrick's Performance Metrics (KPM))
4. Strong data management skills and HR metrics analysis
5. Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word) and MS Teams
6. Strategic mindset, leadership skills, and understanding of adult learning principles
