Learning and Development Leader to work with Senior Leadership to plan prepare and position the organisational workforce to meet its strategic priorities and business objectives through learning and development pathways and opportunities.
Your reporting lines
The role position reports into the General Manager – Human Resources.
Your Skills And Experience
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to lead a team of experienced Learning and Development professionals inspiring them to achieve functional vision and goals
• Demonstrated experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development role is essential
• Skilled and experienced in learning needs analysis, learning design, facilitation and evaluation
• Experience in developing learning frameworks & pathways
• Overall experience of 15+ years or more
Your responsibilities
• Lead and execute learning initiatives that align to our organizational strategy and improve employee performance at all levels
• Leveraging data and relationships to identify learning gaps, solutions, trends and future opportunities
• Provide coaching and mentorship to members of the Learning and Development team
• Manage the learning budget, ensuring appropriate allocation across the learning cycle
• Manage projects from start to finish, including stakeholder communication, timelines, reporting and budget
• Partnering with different business units to support learning and build strong relationships, particularly with senior managers
