Position title: Credit Risk Senior Manager Level opportunity for A Microfinance Company
Location : Kolkata
Job Summary:
Regular interaction with field leadership to assess and understand emerging risk and effectiveness of risk
mitigation steps undertaken. I would also involve monthly travel for a few days for actual on-field insights.
Participate in Zonal and Regional forums to create awareness across the field forces on Portfolio Quality
agenda & empower them with intel, key insights & techniques to manage credit risk at its inception, thereby
influencing the Risk Culture in the organization
Responsible for tracking and highlighting all process, actionable & compliance deliverables for the
department as mandated by the CRO.
Preparing & managing quarterly risk report presentation for the Risk Committee of the Board
Risk underwriting of terms loans / BC lending products to Microfinance entities which includes assessing
the key ratios, cash flows & projections and finally risk monitoring of the sector & entities.
Liaising with key stakeholders/ management and risk owners across the organization, and providing them
appropriate information and inputs to decision making & contribute to Risk culture of the organization.
Active engagement in forming, shaping & managing risk data analytics and automation, including leading
development of Acquisition & Behavioral scorecards for appropriate delinquency & predictive modeling.
