Job Description
Sikich is seeking a Senior Manager with 12 to 15 years of accounting or audit experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in US GAAP general accounting, financial statement preparation or review/audit, and team management experience.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee resource allocation, project management and process improvements.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month end close and year end close processes, ensuring all financials are completed accurately on time.
Manage multiple project deliverables and client engagements.
Oversee and ensure quality standards of accounting transactions by the team.
Manage team performance metrics and responsible for team performance.
Work towards continual talent development through trainings and coaching.
Conduct and review financials for fair representation of client financial statements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance or CA certification.
Prior experience in a Delivery Management role for a US based firm.
Knowledge of US accounting systems.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Leadership and team management skills.
