Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of the procurement team, including the formulation and achievement of team and member goals, monitoring the supplier selection and pricing process, and ensuring the integrity, compliance and transparency of the procurement team's operations.
2. Planning marketing procurement strategy, building marketing procurement management system and establishing supplier database.
3. Exploring and introducing high quality marketing resources including media, production assets, events, KOL, PR, strategy & creativeness, etc. Establishing sound relationship and support marketing activities of company.
4. Managing procurement projects, including vendors sourcing and selecting, bid and pitch leading, commercial negotiation, cost control, quality control, execution follow up, and performance evaluation.
5. Optimizing the process and strategy to increase the efficiency of procurement activity, and maximizing the marketing effects.
6 Reaching cost control target, and ensuring business demands are met with optimal cost.
Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing and advertising is preferred, media, strategy and creativity, public relations, events experience and resource acquisition are preferred;
• Minimum 12 years of marketing procurement work experience, understand the characteristics of various marketing resources and the advantages and disadvantages of various agencies, and be familiar with industry situations;
• Strong logical analytical ability, able to analyze business requirements and give feasible suggestions for purchasing decisions;
• Own strong negotiating and bargaining skills, communication and coordination skills and multi-task capabilities, and strong cost-saving awareness
