Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager: Media Sales located in Mumbai. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing media sales operations, managing client accounts, generating leads, and establishing strong communication channels with clients. This role involves creating and executing sales strategies, identifying potential sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational and individual goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to excel in their roles.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion with achieving individual sales targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Travel regularly across various regions to meet with key accounts and build strong relationships.
- Develop comprehensive category decks and pitch plans tailored to seasonal trends and business requirements.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall company objective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field, MBA preferred.
- Proven experience of 8+ years in sales management or business development roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer needs to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite to manage sales processes efficiently.
- Exposure in MICE, Media sales, Advertising sales, Barter Association, Hospitality sales is an advantage.
