• Collaborate with team to drive new partner technical integration and product setup across teams
• Lead Implementation of new products with new and existing partners
• Implement the configurability aspects of technology platform of DMI technology platform
• Ensure agile deliveries of projects
• Drive Implementation of Process and technology enhancements with partners and products
• Update enhanced digital and data focused integration and processes with partners
• Functional discussion and design of new products and discussions with partners and product team
• Defining and implementing the new products
• L3 support for partner issues
Architecture Stabilization and improvements
• Adhere to future state architecture
Stakeholder and Team Management
• Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders through discussions, collaborations
• Implement tools for business users self-service and enablement
• Supports leadership in building and retaining Team through different initiatives
• Train and enable teams to make them deliver to their best capabilities and taking them to deliver extra mile
• Identify and ensure training needs of IT teams and technology needs of business teams
External focus
• Learn new concepts and trends in technology and BFSI world through seminars, webinars, conferences, and external collaboration
• Understand the new technologies and implement them to solve business problems
• Collaborate for Cross functional participation for teams to ensure business growth
Skills And Knowledge

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engineering /MCA/ MBA (IT)
Certifications
• Technical certification: J2EE/Salesforce/ Mulesoft
Work Experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Capability to get hands dirty and do extensive design, architecting and coding in at least 1 technology
• Highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies
• Agile and design thinking capability - Experimentation is 1 of top 3 requirement of job
• Technology agnostic mindset and capability to think of volumes and scales and implement large scale IT solutions requirements of this job and not the incumbent)
