Senior Manager

This role is for a business technology design resource responsible for documenting detailed business design requirements in support of the Business Technology Architecture Strategy delivery of delivering on the strategy framework and enabling a strong set of design governance across all domains/programs/projects in the US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM regulatory reporting groups and general ledger operations. The resource will be responsible for defining and documenting the current state and target state design processes, and development of documented detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for the design working closely with the domain SMEs on GFC side as well as the technical teams. The role will work closely the with the business lead / product owner, including upstream / downstream stakeholders, and technology to ensure all aspects of the design/proposed change are being considered and prioritized when documenting the requirements.

This role will require the individual to support facilitating, tracking and delivering on the assigned design reviews against the strategy of overall BTAS transformation, develop and maintain plans to meet the design review and design authority deadline with a focus on collaboration and efficiency across global domain leads and technical architecture teams, coordinate with stakeholders to define and document business capabilities, design requirements, identify, monitor and resolve issues and risks related to the initiative, develop plans for adoption of design changes within a project/business process and sustained, establish and lead initiative routines, ensure design initiatives are in compliance with the Enterprise Change Management and BTAS vision and approach. All the design components including cost and design analytics will need to be highlighted as part of this role supporting the overall design leadership. The architect support role (s) provides all the target state architecture and alignment to application architecture and delivers artifact management and clear system architecture guidance to both the design authority and design review processes.

In order to drive BTAS strategy on some core principles of transparency of tech architecture to all the impacted towers, this role will help support the overall architecture and technology alignment with the Strategy executive to get better insights into improving our overall business operating model and technology landscape towards application rationalization and optimization (CTS reduction), risk mitigation, investment optimization, execution agility.

This role requires a certain level of experience and breadth of knowledge of BOA financial processes and technology to be able to guide and deliver on architecture strategy over the next 2-3 years.
