• Job Responsibilities
• Leads and manages the day-to-day operation independently with Over 8 - 10 years of experience, preferably coming from a BPO (non-voice) background.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of the domain and business verticals with a focus on service excellence and the competition.
• Represents Flagship per the Company’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
• Responsible for client relations and highly committed to the deliverables promised
• Demonstrated achievement in managing budgets, department goals & strategies, and ensuring the highest level of service is achieved
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Identify ways to maximize revenue through production optimization
• Assess, track and present gross and net margins for the business verticals or the services headed
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by each department.
• Report and share information with the leadership team to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it.
• Sets goal, monitor work and evaluate results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.
• Must be able to develop and maintain a professional relationship.

• Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
• Conduct regular meetings and activities with the team members, to ensure smooth operations and high employee morale.

• Regular meetings with VP / CEO around fiscal planning.
