Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager of Brand & Content, you'll report directly to our Vice President of Marketing & Growth and will be responsible for developing and executing brand activations and campaigns as well as developing and executing our content strategy across digital and print platforms that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth
This role will work cross-functionally with our commercial, operations, product, and clinical teams
Brand Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to elevate the brand's market presence and reputation for both B2C and B2B
Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels
In alignment with VP of Marketing & Growth & CCO, develop and implement a strategic plan for digital & in-person events that supports business goals and marketing objectives - pre/during/post activation
Content Development & Creative Management:
Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business goals and drives customer engagement across B2C & B2B in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and Growth
Manage the creation of compelling content, including articles, videos, social media content, whitepapers, and more
Write, edit, produce, and deliver copy for content, collateral, ads, social media, etc
Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and business objectives
Plan, organize, and execute webinar/digital conversation series for Little Otter
Manage and contribute to the company blog/community, fostering a space for discussion and support
Manage design support - brief development, project management content requests, adhoc creative edits as needed
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences
Manage website content, including content/resources, text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements, ensuring content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligns with the brand's voice and messaging
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategies
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage content to drive brand awareness and engagement
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content is effectively distributed across all channels
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community management
Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations
Measurement and Reporting:
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand and content initiatives
Prepare regular reports on content performance, brand metrics, and campaign results
Use data-driven insights to inform and refine brand and content strategies

Role: Senior Manager of Brand & Content

As the Senior Manager of Brand & Content, you'll report directly to our Vice President of Marketing & Growth and will be responsible for developing and executing brand activations and campaigns as well as developing and executing our content strategy across digital and print platforms that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
