Job Title: Senior Manager Operations- Banking Collections & Customer ServiceLocation: Gurgaon
About the Organization:
Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision.
Role and Candidate Expectation:
• Candidate must have 11+ years of experience in an International BPO business across banking domain - Collections & Customer Service.
• Must have experience in handling a team of more than 100+ FTE's.
• Strong analytical skills constituting root cause analysis and FMEA techniques.
• Six Sigma BB Certified/ Trained and GB Certified.
• Proven ability and hands on experience in providing delivery excellence.
• Manage and deliver BAU and Beyond BAU operations in liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive Automation projects Transformation & Value add projects.
• Strong understanding of Customer and Business critical metric.
• Demonstrate commitment to program internal customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
