Experience: At least 12 years of experience in client services, customer service, or operations management, preferably in the US healthcare industry.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading a team of client services representatives and the ability to provide guidance and support to team members to improve their performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other departments within the company.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and staff performance.
- Customer Focus: A strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and manage client expectations.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of healthcare provider payor operations, billing, and claims processing systems and processes, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Compliance: Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements for the healthcare industry, including HIPAA and other compliance regulations, to ensure that client services operations are compliant.
- Training and Development: Ability to develop and implement training programs for client services staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
