The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager in HR Transformation within the People & Behavior discipline, you will play a critical role in developing pioneering HR strategies that align with our clients' business performance objectives. You will lead the initiative to enhance HR operations and boost business outcomes while ensuring high-quality service delivery and managing risk effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement forward-thinking HR strategies and solutions.
• Optimize HR operations and evaluate service effectiveness.
• Manage project delivery, performance goals, and budget implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
• Lead teams in various activities, offering analysis and driving innovation.
• Identify opportunities for sales and manage engagement economics, including resource allocation and budgeting.

• Ability to design HR performance metrics and assess their impacts.
• Understanding of the HR technology landscape.
• Experience in shaping HR Strategy and Operating Model design.
• Familiarity with HR Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of risk management practices in HR.
• Strong analytical skills regarding organization and workforce dynamics.
• Willingness to travel and comfortable working in a hybrid model, averaging three days per week at client sites or in an EY office.
Preferred Qualifications
• Commercial acumen and effective change management capabilities.
• Experience with platforms like Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, or SuccessFactors.

The base salary range for this role is $145,800 to $333,100, with a higher range for specific locations including New York City Metro and Washington State.
