💰 ₹28,800 - ₹46,080 (Est.) 📍 Toronto

Job Description

Job ID: 3190107
DoorDash Technologies Canada Inc.
Toronto, ON
About the Team

DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for an experienced consumer growth marketer to join our growing consumer marketing team at a pivotal and exciting time for DoorDash.

The consumer growth marketing team is focused on building and nurturing our consumer base by building a relationship with our consumer and providing them with an engaging and relevant cross-channel experience. The consumer growth marketing team at DoorDash is growing rapidly and it is expected this person will be a leader on the team, help develop our marketing approach, and grow their career as the team expands.

About the Role

This role owns DoorDash Canada’s performance marketing muscle across consumer, merchant, and dasher audiences. You’ll drive full-funnel growth, lead with insight and ambition, and shape how performance shows up in a highly competitive landscape. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, analytics, and leadership. We’re looking for a strategic leader who can level up the function across the board: smarter measurement, sharper creative, tighter tech integration. You’ll own new customer acquisition, but just as importantly, you’ll build the systems, standards, and strategy that make our performance marketing best-in-class — not just in Canada, but across the company.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

Drive the next chapter of growth for DoorDash Canada, shaping how millions discover and choose us across the country.
Own the full performance marketing engine — from strategy to execution — and build a roadmap that consistently beats acquisition goals.
Team up with Brand, Product, Analytics, and Finance to launch performance campaigns that are as insightful as they are impactful.
Push boundaries in performance — reimagine attribution, experiment with AI, model LTV, and co-create with Product to turn insight into product features.
Craft smarter media strategies by partnering with our in-house experts and agency leads to optimize across every channel.
Grow and mentor a high-performing team, leading with clarity, energy, and deep ownership. You’ll set the vision and celebrate the wins.
Move fast and make smart calls — using data, instincts, and your judgment to operate like an owner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
We’re excited about you because you have…

Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with deep expertise across paid digital, offline, and emerging media.
Proven success driving a multi-channel acquisition roadmap (Paid Search, Paid Social, Offline, etc.) and driving measurable business impact.
Strong command of the evolving media landscape and the ability to adapt strategies so that channel mix, messaging, and creative resonate with core audiences.
Fluency in attribution, LTV, and incrementality (including media mix modeling), and can break down complex analysis into clear decisions.
Highly data-driven mindset with strong analytical rigor—comfortable drawing clear lines between marketing investment and business outcomes.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and building metrics-driven marketing programs.
Experience leading technical innovation in marketing—measurement, AI, modeling, and Product-integrated campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills, especially across Brand, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Finance.
Comfort when navigating ambiguity and making sound, strategic decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
