Senior Manager| Portfolio Management Analytics |Credit

Responsibilities • Manage post-acquisition risk strategy for credit cards portfolio • Responsible for portfolio management & analysis encompassing portfolio actions & policy changes including limit assignments, cross-sell etc. • Identify variables & trends which are leading indicators of risk in credit cards portfolio & take proactive measures. • Perform analysis like customer retention, portfolio profitability and build predictive models to identify the customers who are most probable to churn or default on making payments • Track campaign performance using target and control populations and taking corrective actions, wherever necessary • Review performance of Risk Models across various parameters at overall and segment level. • Customer segmentation using Decision Trees to profile the customers into distinct groups based on their characteristics Qualifications • Graduate/Post Graduate (Engineers/MBA/Statistics/Economics/Maths) • 7+ years of experience in Financial services domain with experience in Credit Cards or lending domain • Strong analytical skills & algorithmic approach to Problem solving with experience in SQL, R/Python • Understating of Credit Cards Business & Policy • Hands-on with Analytical techniques to process large data quickly • Experience of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques : Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, CHAID, Decision Trees, Random Forest etc
