Sr.Manager -Premium Products for Kotak811 1. Premium Product (M5) a. Roles & Responsibilities : i. Will help us set up a program offering for premium set of customer ii. This will mean setting up right product proposition (features, benefits, rewards, exclusive products) and service mix (RM, VRM, DIY assistance) iii. Will work with other product teams for creating premium offering like for DC, CC, Loans etc. iv. Responsible for P&L of the program b. Eligibility : i. Should have 4 to 6 years of premium program management experience ii. Should be MBA iii. Should be from BFSI
