The .NET development leader, will manage the .NET development team through planning, design, and development of software software applications and web applications leveraging Microsoft .NET framework and C# and integration API’s. Key Responsibilities • Lead a cross functional team in the development of both software applications and web applications leveraging Microsoft .NET framework and C# and integration API’s • Lead daily activities, coach and mentor a team of software developers working with .NET technologies. • Design and develop full stack applications with internal and external services integrations and leveraging coding patterns such as MVC • Collaborate with other departments to prioritize .NET Applications development needs and manage and prioritize multiple projects. • Conduct code, design, architecture, and security reviews to ensure high-quality results and that standards are being met. • Provide management-level communications regarding project and team performance. • Ability to make reasonable trade-offs based on time and resource constraints in the interest of the business and customers • Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to create solutions • Creates, uses, and promotes the use of development frameworks, tools, methodologies and procedures to reduce future coding efforts and increase functional consistency • Implement highly complex logical database designs, logical data models and relational data definitions in support of systems requirements • Document and communicate application vision and create application architecture proposals based on identified solution gaps • Provides insight into and knowledge of the latest application architectures, technology, solutions and industry trends • Experience with and knowledge of software development life cycles and the activities that occur within lifecycles • Contribute to business requirement definition and use case design as a technical expert • Take a lead role as the Scrum Master in daily stand ups and other Agile ceremonies as needed • Assume hands-on development responsibilities when the situation needs your skillset • Support the predictable challenges of operational outages, performance and scalability • Help debug, write unit tests, deploy code packages and test code as needed. • Establish processes and practices for .NET software development team to design, build and run .NET applications such as source and version controls & repository, coding standards, testing & deployment practices to deliver bug-free capabilities. Qualifications & Experience • Strong working knowledge of C# with a minimum of 5 years of experience developing web forms, web applications and software using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, VB.NET, and ASP Core .NET Framework • At least 5 years of experience in Object Oriented programming languages and front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP,) • At least 5 years of experience in Relational Databases (SLQQL, Oracle) • At least 3 years of experience working with XML/JSON, REST/SOAP API’s, and microservices architecture • Knowledge of SDLC is a must. • Knowledge of Agile methodology, a plus • Knowledge of integrations with ERP platforms such as SAP, a plus • Experience with Software QA, testing a plus. #HYDIT #LI-Hybrid
