Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Record to Report
In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and should have advised a team size of ~50 people.
In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a standout colleague.
Prior Record to Report Operations experience in the ITES Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred
Responsibilities as a RGFTE
• Lead & Perform the monthly Closing & Reporting process
o Strong E2E understanding in R2R
o Review & Approval of journal entries
o Issuance of monthly financial statements
o Review & Preparation of financial reporting for forecast and budget
o Consolidation & Preparation of Financial Statements
o Responsible for reviewing monthly client P&Ls and distribution
• Monthly analysis and review of balance sheet accounts and expense accounts
o Balance Sheet and bank reconciliations
o Analysis of expense/accrual/reversals – trends, reasons for increases, etc.
• Financial Reporting & FP&A
o Prepare monthly Management Packs for Finance Directors
o Variance Analysis with meaningful explanations
o Budgeting & Forecasting
o Actual VS Forecast walkthrough
o Reporting by Business Line
• Thorough understanding of P/L & B/S reporting process, prior experience in HFM is preferable

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree – B. Com, M.COM/MBA
• Relevant work experience in closing & reporting
Preferred qualifications
• Relevant work experience in General Ledger
• Expert in R2R Domain, transition experience, experience in leading large teams
• Hyperion, SAP, MS Office, MIRR
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
