Candidate should have capabilities to work challenging and competitive work environment. He has to put extreme efforts towards growth and development of the organization.Candidate should have innovative and energetic interms of career and position.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Manage relationship with bank key officials and branches
• Coach FOS regularly to allow them to better manage the input and output deliveries
• Capable of hiring and handling of large no of FOS
• Draw up local plans post study of market size of assigned geography
• On-board , induction and training to newly hired team
• Drive team level R&R and engagement practice.

• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Should handle merchant escalation in market & Partner with various internal stakeholders to resolve them.
• 4- 6 years of relevant experience
