Please find below the JD for Manager/SM - Sales (Excavator) at Hyderabad Location.
Purpose of the role:
Excavator model in Hyderabad and Telangana region. Convert Competition customers, Customer life cycle support management with clients, regular meeting with site team and management team to increase the machine availability in field.
Activities Involved:
- Setting of Annual business plan to Dealer
- Action plan to achieve targeted business
- Update of prospects thru Mobility data on weekly basis
- Meeting with financers
- Customer meeting along with dealer sales team
- Co-ordinating with product support department to increase better service support to customer
- Competition machine performance study (production & Fuel study)
- Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly and yearly business meetings with dealer network
- Market share analysis.
- To closely work with Strategic Category Head, BU Head and Site team for cost reduction initiatives and NPIP
- To continuously work for optimizing material cost and creating healthy productivity pipeline to have sustainable cost reduction program by machine
Experience: Min 7+ yrs experience in Heavyline equipment sales, Excavator.
Education: BE/B.Tech/Degree in Engineering Field (Electrical/ Mech or related) and MBA will be preferred
Languages known: English, Hindi, Telugu
