About the Job Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to head our sales operation at Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be an MBA, with 10+ years of experience out of which 6 years is of Real-estate sales experience. A go getter, who is ethical, detail oriented, has high ownership and never give up attitude, s/he will be responsible for all sales related activities & leading, mentoring the sales team for our current as well as upcoming projects in Jaipur. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Head, the person will be working with Marketing & CRM team devising the strategy for the target achievement.
Job Description
Achieving the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and collection target
Onboarding new Channel partners/ brokers and getting regular business from them
Coaching & mentoring the sales team, reviewing their performance closely and correcting their behavior if needed
Hire and mentor new sales executives
Working in conjunction with marketing to plan out the best strategy and exploring various platforms to increase the visibility of 'Brand Shubhashray'
Working with crm team to ensure smooth collection and customer satisfaction
Key Skills Needed
Negotiation and closing.
Team leading
Analytical mindset
CTC
Up to Rs. 18 lacs per year (based on the calibre of the candidate)
Performance-linked incentives, on an average 80% achievement of targets can make bonus of Rs. 50,000 per month
