We are looking for a high-ownership sales leader who can build systems, lead teams, and drive revenue like a business owner.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Own monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
Build and scale inside sales
Convert leads from digital marketing, WhatsApp, calls & clinics
Drive prepaid sales, upsells & repeat business
Hire, train & manage Sales Managers, TLs & Executives
Create daily sales war-room, SOPs & dashboards
Work directly with CGO on growth strategy.
🎯 Who Should Apply
5–12+ years in Sales / Revenue roles
Experience in Healthcare / Wellness / D2C / Clinics / FMCG
Strong in team leadership, closures & numbers
Mindset: “Target mera hai, excuse nahi”
