Must-Have Skills: Agency + Brand exposure in marketing communication, ownership of strategy, cross-cultural exposure.
For the social media manager
• Visibility of the brand, its services and products on social networks are ensured, and aligned with the group's strategic lines.
• Michelin Group's social networks are animated with quality, consistent and relevant content.
• Social Media strategy is formalized. Editorial planning, productions and projects are established and monitored.
• Performance of actions, interactions and activations is objectified, measured and analysed: traffic acquisition, audience responses, customer retention by segment.
• Service providers are managed.
• Budgets are planned and monitored
For the social selling manager
• Build and share a local Social Selling ambition & plan,
• Ensure plan achievement & alert,
• Recruit, animate and support Social Sellers,
• Collaborate with leaders (Sales/Mkt/MSEM/Communication/Legal),
• Track the performance
