• Michelin Group's social networks are animated with quality, consistent and relevant content.
• Social Media strategy is formalized. Editorial planning, productions and projects are established and monitored.
• Performance of actions, interactions and activations is objectified, measured and analysed: traffic acquisition, audience responses, customer retention by segment.
• Service providers are managed.
• Budgets are planned and monitored

• Build and share a local Social Selling ambition & plan,
• Ensure plan achievement & alert,
