Job Summary:
This role reports directly to the Director, Strategic Projects (PSS), and supports the execution of enterprise initiatives across the Product Sales & Services (PSS) function. The Senior Manager serves as a central connector between enterprise strategy and field execution, ensuring that new initiatives, digital tools, and guest experience enhancements are implemented effectively and sustainably across the network.
The Senior Manager leads cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic priorities set by the Director, Strategic Projects. This includes translating enterprise goals into actionable operational plans, supporting in-resort execution through Hypercare, and creating structured feedback loops between resorts, central functions, and executive leadership.
The role ensures the Guest Services perspective is represented in decision making and that technology, process, and ongoing support enable efficiency at scale.

Starting Wage: $107,222.17 - $145,023.62 + annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiative Leadership
Partner with Director/Senior Director to advance cross-functional initiatives in alignment with enterprise strategy.
Ensure operational workflows are designed for scalability and frontline adoption.
Partner closely with central stakeholders and in-resort leaders to drive execution by building trusted relationships.
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end program management activities including planning, resourcing, testing, scope of dependencies, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, success criteria, and timelines.
Identify execution gaps and roadblocks; propose and implement solutions to maintain momentum and outcomes.
Field Enablement and Hypercare
Support in-resort execution of strategic projects through structured Hypercare and operational readiness planning.
Partner with the Director to ensure seamless translation of strategy into field operations.
Communications & Reporting
Integrate field feedback into continuous improvement cycles.
Ensure visibility and accountability across critical stakeholder groups.
Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting and dashboards for leadership review and decision-making.
Lead program communications including status updates, risk and issue tracking, decision documentation, and presentations for audiences ranging from operational leaders to senior executives.
Facilitate leadership and program meetings, including agenda development, meeting notes, and action-item tracking.
Enablement Responsibilities
Maintain and govern PSS leadership resources (e.g., SharePoint, Jira) set by the Director/Senior Director.
Manage regression testing and SOX audits for system technology enhancements and compliance.
Additional Responsibilities
Travel to resorts as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is $107,222.17 - $145,023.62 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
