Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Manager to join their Sydney Private Advisory team, bringing a wealth of experience and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a Diverse Client Portfolio: Lead a broad portfolio of privately-owned businesses, collaborating with owners, C-suite executives, and finance teams, while ensuring seamless service delivery across the private business tax and advisory team.
Develop Your Advisory Skills: Strengthen your advisory expertise in areas that interest you, whether it’s industry-specific knowledge or technical proficiency.
Build Your Client Relationships: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients by offering practical, proactive solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Operational Leadership: Oversee operational initiatives across the team, providing guidance and expert support to managers and associates.
Inspire and Lead Your Team: Mentor and manage a team of Associates and Senior Associates, driving workflow efficiency and nurturing their professional development.
Enhance Efficiency: Participate in operational and business development projects designed to elevate team performance and capabilities on a national level.
Business Development: Take an active role in business development activities to expand your client portfolio and shape your specialisation to align with your career goals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
CA/CPA qualified or other relevant industry accreditations
Extensive experience in business advisory, including working with private businesses and high-net-worth clients, delivering strategic projects
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across all levels
Proven people management and leadership capabilities, with a genuine commitment to team development and well-being
