Need candidates with prior exp in Banking Space
Candidates from Consulting companies will also do as long as they bring in Baning experience
- End to end Talent Acquisition for critical positions
- Consult with stakeholders to develop appropriate sourcing strategies, such as internal/direct sourcing, networking and social recruitment
- Shortlisting tasks/Activities, final interview, salary negotiation, onboarding
- For leadership roles, designed workforce plan (across levels), aligned with a business growth plan.
- Designed job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles
- Tie-ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders.
- Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess the talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholders and candidates
- Supervising and mentoring TA process for reporting team.
- Supervising and designing promotion strategies in digital media platforms
