Job Description
You will responsible & act as SPOC for all Frontline (Associate level) requirements at JindalX across location. This role will report to GM-Talent Acqusition.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for On-time Hiring deliverables for BPO-Frontline positions across location at JINDALX
• Ensure performance optimizations for Recruiters
• To activate all possible hiring channels & strategies the funnel creation for upcoming talent needs
• Stakeholder Management
• Vendor Managment
• Market Benchmarking & review report preparations
• Should have knowledge of catchment areas in metro cities like - NCR - BANGALORE & MUMBAI
Qualifications
• Should be Graduate
• Should have atleast 10+ years of recruting experience in a reupte BPO organization
• Should have exposure handling multilocation requirements
• Should have handled 15+ recruiters in past
