Job Description:

Job Position: Senior Manager, International Tax

Job Type: Salary

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities in this role include managing the international income tax cycle, including provision, compliance and planning. This role will report directly to the VP, Tax and have ample opportunities to perform and grow in all areas of multi-national taxation, including planning and M&A support. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work fully remote if circumstances permit.

Responsibilities

International Tax Provision / ASC 740 – preparation / review

International Tax Compliance – preparation / review / coordination with local consultants

Global Tax Planning and Cash Forecasting

Transfer Pricing reporting management / coordination with vendors

Intercompany Accounting and Tax reporting

International statutory provision - preparation / review

Withholding tax monitoring and planning

International M&A – tax support

Tax controversy – Income Tax Audit management

Manage and mentor tax team members to ensure the team’s continued professional growth and development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred

At least 5 years of Big 4 or corporate multi-national tax experience required, 8+ years preferred

At least 2 years of focused experience with international tax

Understanding of basic Transfer Pricing concepts

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and external stakeholders

The Compensation range for this role is 110,000 to 130,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

Location-based market rate for the role

Your abilities in relation to the job specification

Performance during screening and interview

Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
