Requirements:
• SME on GAAP and should be able to have consultative meetings with auditors and CXOs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have taken training on GAAP topics.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency/responsiveness.
• Ability to professionally articulate standards in layman's language.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present GAAP standards to CXO-level resources.
• Strong GAAP knowledge (US GAAP, IFRS etc. )
• Deep experience in international consolidations, translations, etc.
• Should have written/assisted in drafting technical memos.
• Should have worked on implementing new standards and led audits single-handedly
• You should have experience monitoring pronouncements, deciphering ASUs, etc.
• Sound client communication and influencing skills.
• Effectively led multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem solver.
• Good people manager.

• Expert in PPT and presentation skills.
• 12+ years of experience (including experience from Big4 audit firms or MNCs)
• Experience in M and A.

• Trusted advisor to executive team regarding business decisions.
• Consulting, private equity, or venture capital experience (is an added advantage)
