Senior Manager, Technology Delivery

The Technology Delivery team exists to unlock the potential of our teams to create exceptional outcomes with our technology. We do this by working with teams and leaders across Technology and enabling great planning, continually improving our ways of working and uplifting our delivery outcomes. The role provides the opportunity to work across the range of outcomes our team drives.
This role will provide the opportunity to work with a breadth of teams to drive real results, and make a difference at-scale. You will get exposure to a breadth of stakeholders including teams who are creating amazing outcomes across the Bank and senior leaders within Technology. Our team actively looks for internal and external insights to challenge our thinking, and put the learnings into practice.
In your role
As Senior Manager, Technology Delivery, you will:
Leverage your experience with modern delivery practices, along with seeking local and global insights, to challenge what is possible with exceptional delivery, and the ways in which it can be enabled.
Engage with a breadth of teams to work through how delivery can be improved across their area, including detailed next steps and the tracking through to delivery.
Proactively contribute to the scaling of ideas that can improve delivery across Technology.
Synthesize and analyse delivery-related data across delivery performance and the Technology portfolio to drive impactful insight and challenge of the work being done across Technology.
Contribute to thought leadership on opportunities to improve our ways of working across Technology.
Drive the sharing of good practices and learnings across Technology.
Contribute to the broader teams outcomes, including to support quarterly planning cycles across Technology.
We are interested in hearing from people who have:
Experience and knowledge with modern delivery practices, including agile, and the application of these at-scale.
Demonstratable experience working with teams in a consultative way to identify, frame and clearly document opportunities, and put them into action.
Experience with transformation or delivering on strategic initiatives highly desired.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Ability to synthesise complex data sets and identify key insights.
Sound data visualisation ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisation and planning skills.
Demonstratable experience with a data analytics tool.
Sound understanding of technology and banking and how it relates to customer outcomes.
