Role: Head – Treasury Settlements APAC (Treasury Operations Centre of Excellence for 10 Asian markets) 
Organization: Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India 

1. Implementation of the Treasury Operations (T4.0) strategy
2. Segregation of Functions
3. Leadership
4. Execution of defined KPIs
B. Specific
1. Treasury Settlement
o Contract administration
o Treasury payments
o Treasury services
2. Bank Account management
3. ICS and audit
4. Implementation of Treasury Concepts & Standards, bundling strategies and Best Practices for assigned responsible MB Group entities
5. SWIFT coordination and relationship management

Qualification: 
University degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Treasury, Accounting or Business related areas 
Supervisory and management experience, work experience in corporate treasury, shared service centres, back office of financial institutions, corporate governance or compliance experience 
Excellent communication/ negotiation skills, cross-cultural experience and knowledge, fluent in written and spoken English, Project management skills, People Management skills essential, IT-skills
