Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Reviewing/Checking of day-to-day cash/bank balance spread across various bank accounts, maintaining and plotting scheduled inflow and outlfows for the day to enable investment/redemption decision marking.
- Forecasting/estimation of future cashflows
- Overseeing timely deployment of surplus funds daily in Liquid Mutual funds/TREPS/FDs
- Overseeing primary issuance related activities of Commercial Papers, Debentures namely MCF application with depositories, preparation of letter of offer/term sheet, letter of intent, IPA certificate, payment of stamp duty, submission of listing related data/documents
- Deal booking in system
- Maintaining and Overseeing of timely servicing of all treasury payments incl. Debt servicing (CP, NCD, Term loans) in coordination with banking team and custodians.
- Liaison with Registrar & Transfer Agent, IPA and Depositories for Capital market borrowings.
- Liaison with banker for bi-lateral borrowings
- Anchoring NHB Audit Internal audit, Statutory audit and process audit of the company
- Ensuring timely submission of various reports/returns and data to various stakeholders, regulatory and auditors.
- Developing and maintaining Treasury policies, processes, procedure, system and control environment in line with best practices.
- Overseeing bank reconciliation.
- Preferred experience in developing (UAT/Business Requirement) treasury related software/application
Requirements :
- Post graduate (CA/MBA)
- Minimum relevant post qualification experience of 5 years.
- Preferred past relevant experience in Housing Finance Company/Non-Banking Finance Company in treasury back/mid office function.
Soft skills :
- Team management of atleast 2 people
- Currently playing a role of checker/reviewer of all above listed functionalities
