Job Requirements:
1.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration / Inter-CA / Chartered Accountant. CPA certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US accounting principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
2.Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Experience in executing USA operations and overall 7-8 years of experience in accounting operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Extensive experience in managing US accounting processes, preferably in an outsourcing or shared services environment.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality accounting services to US clients.
3.Skills and Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in US accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the US accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting services to clients.
- Manage and monitor the team's performance, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
- Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in US accounting.
5.Location: Ahmedabad
6.Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English is essential.
7.Compensation:
- 12 Lac to 15 Lac p.a
