Position Summary: Lead, Manage & Responsible for Sales and BD activities in assigned territories.
JD / Role And Responsibilities
• Meet Revenue targets: Engage with clients, generate leads, and manage a pipeline to deliver Annual target for revenues. Sell iSON Xperiences BPO and Digital CS portfolio of services/offerings.
• Follow Sales processes:
• Generate leads, qualify leads, frontend sales leads till deal closure.
• Maintain accurate client contact details
• Well versed with Sales CRM tool usage (like Salesforce, Zoho etc)
• Perform all other relevant duties as required to maintain and grow profitable business.
• Competition mapping: - Keep abreast of relevant competitive offerings, understanding both their strengths and weaknesses.
• Proven track record: - Must have a successful, proven track record of BPO sales worth of an average of INR 4-5 Crores per annum in the last 5 years with a BPO/ITeS company.
Person Specifications
• Any Graduate or PG / MBA is desirable.
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Sales, from the Indian BPO Industry
Salary -
CTC INR 15 Lakhs Per Annum + Sales Incentives
