Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager/AVP to join our Asset Liability Management (ALM) team in Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk for the bank and provide insights to management.
• Prepare, review, and validate regulatory returns and monitor ratios against internal and regulatory limits.
• Develop and maintain daily Liquidity and ALM Dashboards for senior management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement risk monitoring and management systems.
• Support the enhancement of current solutions through testing and provide functional inputs for new solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with market and regulatory developments related to ALM and balance sheet management.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ALM, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
