Manager-CS &-Legal-15+ Years- Gurgaon
Location- Gurgaon (DLF Square)
Opportunity for professionals with 15+ years of experience (post CS completion) with exposure working with global stakeholders and managing CS, Compliance & Legal Activities.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring statutory compliance with Indian corporate laws and company Group standards.
• Organizing board and shareholder meetings, handling e-filings, and appointing foreign directors.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and overseeing compliance for foreign subsidiaries.
• Conducting statutory audits, implementing group policies, and managing compliance projects.
• Providing legal support, drafting agreements, and monitoring regulatory changes.
• Handling industrial relations and legal matters, representing the company in court, and advising on litigation.
• Coordinating with government departments and managing labor law compliance.
• Advising on regulatory and strategic issues to maintain compliance posture and mitigate legal risks.
Requirements:
• Company Secretary-Member of the ICSI
• Should have a degree in LLB
• Minimum 15 Years of experience post membership
• Should have professional legal, compliance, risk and regulatory environment.
