Job Description
Key Functions:
- Develop heathy relationship with banks - Ability to interact with the entire spectrum of hierarchy in banks - starting from Relationship Manager upto at least GM level, if not higher
- Finalise banking MIS on a regular basis - Develop a tracker and setting up pro-active follow up mechanism and also covenant monitoring and solution proactively
- Work on reducing the interest rates
- Work on reducing the bank charges and come with continuous improvement plans
- Review of all loan agreements with domestic banks and come up with suggestions to provide flexibility to the company to remove the restrictions
- Efficient working capital management by optimization of borrowing costs
- Pro-active review of Cash flow and coming up with solution
- Interact with business teams to facilitate timely and accurate exchange of information with banks
- Hands on preparation of financial model and review with other departments for submission to banks
- Understanding of the business dynamics and report writing
- Provide timely analysis of the financials from a banker's perspective
- Provide recommendations on financial engineering
- Good working knowledge on Microsoft office
- Good knowledge on digital banking and integration of banking transactions between the company and the banks
- Develop and maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, especially banks and financial institutions
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Establishing courses of action for self and others in the department to ensure achievement of the same in a timely manner.
