Looking for Internal Senior Manager/Manager -Digital Marketing for Alp Consulting ltd.
Exp:6-12 years
Location: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
• Plans and executes allweb, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media (Especially Linkedin), and PR Campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Creating content for LinkedIn and editing the contents received from various sources to ensure our digital marking presence is above par w.r.t the competition.
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI).
• Evaluates emerging technologies and periodically counsel the management.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing channels.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners for optimal costing.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing communication or marketing is preferred.
• Should be good to generate content for LinkedIn pages and running targeted campaigns.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing. Exposure to HR consulting Industry is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media.
• Experience in running ATL and BTL Activities. Especially running frugal PR Campaigns is preferred.
• Experience in generating Leads through Digital marketing campaigns and measuring ROI>
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,
Desired Experience : 6-12 Years ( Relevant experience)
Education :Any Degree/Post Graduation
