Job description
Role: Manufacturing Client Lead – Digital Transformation & Data Location: Bangalore / Travel to USA
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary partner for key manufacturing clients, owning the relationship, transformation roadmap, and outcomes.
Lead functional consulting: as-is/to-be process mapping, requirements gathering, and alignment across business stakeholders.
Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design for digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing functions and the broader value chain.
Translate business problems into data- and analytics-led solutions in close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams.
Drive presales cycles: opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal and SOW creation, solution walkthroughs, and executive presentations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in consulting / digital transformation / solution leadership within the manufacturing domain .
Proven end-to-end ERP implementation experience (or similar), with a strong functional consulting background across manufacturing processes and value chains.
Robust grounding in data , analytics, and BI (data models, KPIs, dashboards) and ease working with data/technical teams.
Demonstrated presales experience: shaping solutions, building proposals/SOWs, and presenting to senior executives.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
Nice to Haves
Masters Degree or MBA
Experience working in a small company, startup, or fast-paced environment, where adaptability and agility are essential.
