Insulet Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), focusing on Commercial Analytics & Reporting. This pivotal role is designed to shape our analytic and reporting strategy, developing tools that provide meaningful commercial insights and drive business performance. The Senior Manager will be responsible for defining the financial commercial metrics that are reported, implementing process improvements, including system implementations, and serving as the primary contact for ongoing global and corporate financial commercial reporting. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial, and will work closely with the Director of FP&A US Commercial, the Director of FP&A International, and the VP of FP&A Corporate. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including evaluating current forecasting and reporting processes to identify areas for improvement, establishing a project roadmap for necessary changes, and partnering with sales operations to maintain KPI governance best practices. The Senior Manager will delve into data analytics to generate actionable insights that inform business strategy, develop and maintain comprehensive financial reporting for management and board-level discussions, and train team members on best practices in process and reporting. Additionally, the role will involve working on special projects that may require complex financial modeling and project management skills, as well as advocating for strong business controls and supporting Sarbanes-Oxley processes within Insulet. Responsibilities
• Evaluate current state end-to-end forecasting and reporting processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Establish and manage project roadmap for process changes and improvements.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA is a plus.

Essential Functions: Researches and analyzes data to recommend new products and services to target audiences and generate business development opportunities based on audience requirements. Evaluates, identifies and reports on emerging trends in the online and higher-education industry with relevancy of services based on specific demographics and behaviors; executes digital strategies based on analysis. Creates graphs, reports, dashboards and presents data analysis results to senior management with recommendations and potential impact. Constructs dashboard visualization techniques to articulate the data to easily understood stories.
