Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing analytics strategies to measure the effectiveness of campaigns across various channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align analytics efforts with business goals.
Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on marketing performance metrics.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling is highly desirable.
