Job Description
You will be expected to perform the following tasks and responsibilities in a manner consistent with CBA's Values and People Capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
• Work with local marketing agency and the Banks corporate communication and Talent Acquisition Marketing teams to develop an effective integrated marketing plan tailored for local market, messaging on the employee value proposition and branding at the country and business line levels.
• Use data to rigorously assess channel and media effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and optimize accordingly to achieve application goals.
• Maintain and manage local agency and channel vendor relationships and become main point of contact for local recruitment team on all thing’s recruitment marketing-related.
• Have a thorough understanding of India’s employment trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry employment developments.
• Be the evangelist for the candidate experience; continuously improving the candidate journey.
• Utilize CBA systems and processes for vendor payment and management and work with Recruitment Marketing Manager on marketing budget allocation for India
• Report on and monitor channel analytics to measure effectiveness and forecast future spend and required activity by India.
• Build and foster community engagement relationships that demonstrate return on investment
People Leadership
• Lead the project team across Performance pillar, bringing stakeholders together to improve capabilities and increase adoption of standards and templates
• Develop the technical, interpersonal and leadership skills of the team
• Role model the Group’s values through every interaction
• Improving people engagement year-on-year
• Support the hiring of top talent consistently and at scale across a large team and diverse set of roles
