• Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools and CRM platforms without developer assistance.
• Track, analyze, and optimize outreach campaigns based on marketing data and performance insights.
• Develop lead generation strategies that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and automation strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Hub Spot, Lem List, Instantly, or similar marketing automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Ability to integrate, automate, and optimize marketing tools without developer support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Availability to work during PST hours or maintain a 4-6 hour overlap with CST.
