Role overview:
As a marketing and communication consultant, you will have the ability to come up with innovative marketing initiatives and the utilisation of new technologies to reach the Reply target audience and communicate through different channels. The role involvesbuilding and maintaining relationships with senior partners and BU leads to meet business requirements and achieve the Reply marketing objectives.Your education doesn’t need to stop here, Reply prides themselves on continuously learning about emerging technologies!
Responsibilities:
• An opportunity for content creation and editing to position Reply and Reply Companies a leader and a trusted partner for customers, working closely with Reply’s PR agency in the UK
• Launch and manage campaigns across multiple channels (Web, Social Media, Events, Press & PR and Newsletter), working closely with the Marketing & Communications teams in different countries
• Definition and creation of new content to promote offerings, projects, research etc of both Reply and Reply Companies. Promote the content on social media channels
• Event organisation and coordination which involves location scouting; content production; onsite activities; pre-, during and post-event communications, this includes both physical and digital events (webinars, virtual round tables, etc.)
• Monitor Marketing & Communications initiatives across all the channels to improve them to reach the defined KPIs
• Create new content (best practice, case study, articles) to promote Reply and Reply Companies on the market positioning ourselves as a leader on new technologies (AI, IoT, Big Data, Cloud Computing, and many more)
About the candidate:
• A Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher)in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation or similar role in a B2B environment
• Experience in the implementation and measurement of marketing plans and lead generation campaigns
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and an additional European language
• Knowledge in Marketing channel management including email, web analytics, CMS, CRM
