We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team in the Director's Office. As a senior member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks assigned directly by the Director, with a strong emphasis on effective communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Spearheaded communication efforts between various marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination and fostering a collaborative environment for project execution.
• Facilitate clear and concise communication with stakeholders, employees, and other verticals, ensuring a unified understanding of marketing objectives and activities.
• Oversee the smooth progress of marketing projects, utilizing effective communication to keep all parties informed of project status and milestones.
• Proactively handle any disruptions or challenges that arise during various initiatives, utilizing excellent communication skills to resolve issues swiftly and amicably.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies that enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
• Take charge of marketing activities for our lab-grown diamond company, ensuring compelling and impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for various sister companies, maintaining consistent messaging and branding across the organization.
• Manage communication with the Director's other clubs and positions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Oversee vendor communication, sourcing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of work experience in marketing, communications and/or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful marketing and communication management, with an emphasis on fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and convey complex information effectively.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and conflict resolution, ensuring positive outcomes during challenging situations.
• Familiarity with the diamond industry and experience with lab-grown diamonds is added benefit.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
