Senior Marketing Consultant at El Sol Strategic Consultants [ESSC]

Understand ESSC and its Values, Vision and Goals
Understand the importance of your role in the growth of the company
Conceptualise brand marketing initiatives for clients [Strategic Alliances, Communities, Digital Assets, Events, Web 3.0, Brand Alliances and like]
Strategize and enable the execution of all brand marketing plans
Prepare quarterly Roadmaps for Clients
Develop and foster relationships with brands and 3rd parties on behalf of El Sol Strategic Consultants
Revenue Projections and Ways to achieve it
Human Capital planning with the Head of People and Culture
Follow and enforce ESSC's policies and good practices with your team
Train and manage your team
Maintain a network of resources that can be deployed when the need arises
Community Marketing
Create concepts and execute them on behalf of the client with business and interest lead communities
Ensure 100% client retention
Stay relevant and up to date with new practices for Web 2.0 and 3.0
