We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to lead our creative team in designing compelling promotional creative concepts for our clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for brainstorming and developing innovative ideas that capture the attention of our target audience.

Your role will involve creating high-quality marketing materials for various digital and print media. This includes mobile and online display banners, social media, emails, landing pages, blog posts, print ads, signage, trade show collateral, and more. You will need to translate creative briefs into strong visual solutions, design strong brand identities, and create unique brand illustrations and designs.

You will also analyze the competitive landscape and use this information to differentiate your work. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Design (interaction, graphic, visual communications) or equivalent practical experience is required.

• A multi-platform designer with 5+ years of experience in marketing design or has worked for an in-house creative team or agency.
• Possession of passion for branding, design, and all things digital.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and the current Adobe Creative Suite.
• An outstanding online portfolio that demonstrates success in creating engaging interactive, print, and results-focused marketing designs.
• A strong foundation in visual design (illustration, animation, video, iconography, typography, layout, etc.) and the ability to apply them in interactive contexts.
• A working knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
