The role involves managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content (posts, blogs, videos, graphics), building brand visibility, generating leads, conducting market research, and supporting business growth. The candidate will act as the face of our brand across digital channels and ensure consistent, professional communication with our target audience. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Digital Presence Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Plan and execute social media campaigns, keeping content aligned with brand image. Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize performance. Respond to inquiries/comments and build community engagement. 2. Content Creation & Branding Write and publish blogs, case studies, newsletters, and website content. Coordinate with design tools/teams to create infographics, videos, and marketing creatives. Ensure brand consistency in messaging, style, and tone across all channels. Draft professional customer testimonials, press releases, and product write-ups. 3. Lead Generation & Business Development Support Research potential clients, industries, and competitor strategies. Identify and qualify leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, trade portals, etc.). Coordinate with sales team to share qualified leads for follow-ups. Create email campaigns and outreach strategies for client engagement. 4. Market Research & Insights Track industry news, competitor activity, and emerging trends. Suggest new marketing strategies based on insights. Prepare monthly reports on competitor analysis and market opportunities. 5. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with internal teams (sales, R&D, quality) for technical content creation. Maintain marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns. Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, leads generated, and conversion support. Submit weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to management. --- Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). Ability to create professional B2B content (blogs, posts, presentations). Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and online lead generation tools. Creative mindset with eye for design and branding. Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. --- Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years (Executive level) in digital marketing / content marketing. Preferred: Knowledge of B2B/industrial marketing, Canva/Adobe tools, HubSpot/CRM tools, SEO practices. --- Performance Metrics (KPIs) Growth in followers and engagement on all social platforms.
