Key Responsibilities: Marketing Coordination:
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and external marketing campaign agencies to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign performance.
• Campaign Monitoring: Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns, particularly on SEM, SMM, and other platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Campaign Planning: Plan and strategize upcoming marketing campaigns, both for our retail stores and online channels.
• Coordinate with external campaign agencies to develop and execute effective campaigns.
• Multichannel Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Google Shopping Ads, as well as offline ads, summits, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns, Twitter, Pinterest, and broadcasting media.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the art and wall décor industry.
• Perform competitive analysis based on our products to stay ahead of market trends.
• SWOT Analysis: Conduct SWOT analysis, product by product, based on the current market scenario.
• Use insights to refine marketing strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in marketing coordination and campaign management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
